• From North Melbourne Station, it is a short 7 minute walk.  

All class rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email.  Upon email request, the following rescheduling fee will apply if the rescheduling request notice period is:  
• Greater than 48 hours: Free – No rescheduling fee applies
• Between 48 to 24 hours prior: $20 administration fee
• Less than 24 hours prior to the class:  $60 administration fee

Our classes are intentionally kept small to provide personalised attention and hands-on learning. Rescheduling on short notice impacts other students and limits our ability to fill open spots, which is why these fees are necessary to cover administrative adjustments and maintain class quality.

All class cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Cancellation fees are based on the notice period before class commencement:
• Greater than 48 hours prior: Free – No cancellation fee applies.
• Between 48 to 24 hours prior: $20 administration fee.
• Less than 24 hours prior: No cancellations allowed, and no refunds will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if it does not reach a minimum of 2 students (which is rare). In such cases, we will notify students before the class begins, offering a choice of a full refund or a reschedule. Our goal is to always accommodate our students to ensure an optimal learning experience.
